How long does brand verification take?
The full process takes 24–48 business hours. We validate that the account genuinely represents the brand before issuing the verified badge.
Can multiple team members access the panel?
Yes. Enterprise includes multiple users with differentiated roles: read, reply, and admin. You configure permissions from the panel with no seat limit.
Can brands remove negative reviews?
Never. Reviews can only be removed if they violate our content policies. Content integrity is what makes Raw valuable for everyone, including brands.
Is there integration with other tools?
We're working on webhooks and an API for Enterprise. For now, CSV/PDF data export is available from day one with no additional setup.
What if a review contains incorrect information?
You can flag it for review with context. If it violates policies, it gets moderated. If not, you can reply publicly to clarify, which is usually the most effective path.
Can the Enterprise plan be cancelled?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. No early cancellation penalties. The contract defaults to month-to-month, with an annual option at a discount.
